Welcome to our GetFitX 30 day fitness and accountability Challenge. This is a points based challenge where daily tasks will be given to each challenge member. Each challenger will have the ability to accumulate points based on their activity of tasks completed. All individual points will be added to the total points for each participant. There will be an individual challenge winner chosen based on points earned, engagement, progress and over all transformation. This person will receive a prize at the conclusion of the challenge. (2nd and 3rd place winners i’ll be announced)

How this works!

  1. Each member will navigate to this page and locate the “GET Logging” button below.

  2. Click on the button and a form for will populate for each day.

  3. Enter your email each time and find you name in the dropdown menu.

  4. Each challenger will fill out the form selecting all tasks completed for that given day.

  5. Please select all that applies to you and make sure you choose the correct date and your correct name.

    NOTE: Only one entry per day per challenger. Multiple entries will be penalized. Please make sure ALL INFORMATION IS CORRECT BEFORE YOU CLICK SUBMIT!!! You will not be able to go back to edit or adjust past days.

The “X” Factor: Nutrition Guide

Each challenger will be given a “Calories In” & “Calorie Out” goal. Your goal is to do what your need to do to make sure your food intake does not exceed the “Calorie In” number. While also making sure you meet your “Calories Out” goal via your activity..

Note: You will not receive Macros or a detail meal plan with this challenge. Your focus for this challenge is simply Calories in vs Calories out. Simply put work more than you eat. I did include a sample meal plan below and some food options for those who want to create a plan.
