Check your email to see if you have a “Welcome Email” From MyPtHub”
If you do have a “Welcome Email” please follow the instructions via Email
If you DON’T have an email, open app -> Click “Log In”-> Click “Forgot Password” it will send you a link to your email reset your password.
After you log in using either method find the “Chat” feature inside app and send me a message.
Once I receive you message I will send you your next steps
